THE CONCEPT
The HipHopCineFest.org, is an event that collects movie screenings and opportunities for young film-makers connected to the
Hip Hop world through its most varied aspects: from the authors’ background, to the soundtrack, to the cinematography, to the
themes treated. The festival focuses on stories written, produced and directed by lovers of this universal culture, passing
through all film genres.
The MOVIES CATEGORIES in competition are:
Documentary (feature & short) – Fiction (feature & short) – Music video – Best of the web/experimental
The festival is going to start the 8 h may with 2 weeks of online streaming of the selected movies accessible by the home page
of this website, and will culminate in a 2-day event full of activities 21 rst and 22 nd May 2022 @Cinema Aquila (Rome)
L’HipHopCineFest.org, è un evento che raccoglie proiezioni di film e opportunità per giovani cineasti legati al mondo Hip
Hop attraverso i suoi più svariati aspetti: dal background degli autori, alla colonna sonora, alla fotografia, alle tematiche
trattate. Il festival è incentrato su storie scritte, prodotte e dirette da amanti di questa cultura universale, passando per tutti i
generi cinematografici.
