GIULIA GIORGI
Polyhedric figure, she is a member of Wild Up b-girl Crew. Hip Hop Activist, she organized many international Hip Hop youth exchanges supported by the EU, and events as the b-boy event for 3 years, the funky afternoon and many hip hop events in clubs and social centers. She directed the hip hop documentaries «1 world under a groove» and «Break the siege» and the experimental projects “The antisexist manifesto in the Italian rap» and «Sobreviviente». She co-founded the Baburka Production, the first Italian SFX makeup association “EffectUs” and the independent cinema productions network “Il Cartello degli Indipendenti”. Moreover she is the art director of the HipHopCineFest.org .
FEDERICO PEIXOTO
Costa Rican Filmmaker, he Hip Hop culture since 00’s. He started filmmaking in the 90’s and soon he founded iGafeto TV documenting different underground cultural expressions from Costa Rica; he documented too international artists like Ephniko, Rxnde Akozta, Myka 9, Asheru , DJ Lord, Sean Paul. He co-organized events like Griot Collective, the 1st Graffiti National Convention, Buscando la Raíz and the tour Manifiesto Urbano, starting his DJ career. As DJ he staged with artists as: DJ Muggs, Mad Professor, Pato Machete, Lil Suppa, Akapellah, Portavoz, Myka 9. He Co- funded, host and DJ the Hip Hop radio show: La Ofensiva (2013-19). He directed the documentary “Tlacuilos” that narrates the Graffiti scene in Central America.
APOLONIA
Born in Caracas Hip Hop chose her by the end of the 80’s in Germany. As an immigrant child she found in Rap a place that differentiated her from her relatives’ melomania. She studied audiovisual production. At 19 she joined one of Venezuela´s pioneering crews, La Corte, becoming the first female rapper woman in the country. In the last 25 years she become a cultural creative producer, weaving global connections under the flag of Hip Hop as a symbolic country. Her work spands from community work to corporate projects. Apolonia currently directs MELAH (Movement of Latin America Hip Hop Expressions), is a cultural consultant and co-curator / co executive producer of the Global Summit for Empowerment and Culture, among other things.
RAQUEL DELGADO
She is a philologist, poet, and performance artist. She is also a cultural producer, and Deputy Executive Director of the global organization Hip Hop Works.
GIUSEPPE “NEXUS” GATTI
Giuseppe “Nexus” Gatti is a research fellow at the Department of Humanities of the University of Turin where he teaches “History of American Cinema” and “Museology and Film Archive”. With more than twenty years of experience as a b-boy and performing artist, he has previously taught “Hip-hop history and philosophy” at Urban Dance Academy in Rome. Author of Hip-hop Roadmap (Stradario hip-hop, 2020), his current research focuses on the cultural exchange between Italian cinema, art, and fashion, and American hip-hop with a transnational and intersectional perspective.
KONEE ROK
Is a multi-talented director, animator, and b-boy, known for his contributions to hip-hop culture, particularly in music video, animation and documentary work, collaborating with many popular artists within hip-hop music and the breaking scene. He has directed music videos featuring artists from Wu-Tang Clan, Phife Dawg of A Tribe Called Quest, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Common, Redman, Rhymefest & many others. Konee is also a co-founder of the breaking crew, Chicago Tribe.
PABLO MALEK
Pablo Malek is an author and filmmaker working for several years between France and Peru. After directing severals music videoclips, he signed in 2017 a first documentary about Hip-Hop and social issues in Peru and joined the Kourtrajmé film school in Paris. He directed several shorts films in the Paris suburbs and his last short fiction film, El último carreo (Peru, 2023) won the Hip-Hop Film Fest jury priez in 2024.

ANTONIO “CUTI” MORENO
Antonio Moreno, known as Cuti, has a degree in Psychology, specializing in social psychology and systemic family therapy. He has worked as an educator in juvenile centers with judicial measures, an immediate reception center for women victims of gender violence, and in child protection centers, where he was director of a center from 2007 to 2017, and is currently a reception technician at an NGO that works with migrant populations and a member of the Hip Hop Works Spain Association. MC with solo works such as “Lucha y Vive” (2009), “Versiones Originales” (2010), MaldeOJo (2012), “Motherfuckers en tu jugador tonight” (2016) and with the groups Dead Gun “TMTP” (1991), Imagen Groteska “Rap: El MC… El DJ…” (1999) and Igeka “Conexión de Origen” (2004), video producer, radio host and responsible for the Rap workshop “Escribe la Mejor Versión de Ti” and the cooking workshop “Cookin´Music” both with immigrant and refugee populations.Film Fest jury priez in 2024.
MARTHA DIAZ
Colombian-American futurist Martha Diaz (MD) is a seasonedcommunity organizer, media producer, archivist, curator,educator, and social entrepreneur. Has produced andconsulted on numerous Hip Hop media projects including,Where My Ladies At? by Leba Haber Rubinoff (2007), BlackAugust: A Hip-Hop Concert by Dream Hampton (2010), andNas: Time Is Illmatic by One9 (2014). In 2002, MD founded thehighly acclaimed Hip Hop Odyssey (H2O) International FilmFestival, the first festival of its kind. She curated the first HipHop movie series presented by the Academy of Motion PictureArts and Sciences and served as a guest curator at theMuseum of the Moving Image and Schomburg Center. In 2010,MD launched the Hip Hop Education Center for Research,Evaluation, and Training at New York University, now part ofthe Universal Hip Hop Museum.
ERIC DE GISPERT
He is a audiovisual director and producer, higher studies in Image and Photography. Soon he became involved in the world of the performing arts and participated as head of audiovisual content for different shows while collaborating as a machinist and camera operator in different television programs. In 2008, together with Miquel Ardèvol, he entered the world of documentary, directing and producing several works of a cultural, historical and social nature. He is currently a member of Krik Krak Productions, where he works as a producer and director. Among his latest works, the documentary series “Fanzilona” and the documentary “Just Graff It” stand out.
MIQUEL ARDÈVOL
FELIX ROSSBERG
Co-founder of the breaking group The Saxonz and winner of the German Championship ‘Battle of the Year’ in 2014, 2015 and 2019. In 2018 he trained as a sports physiotherapist and in 2019 he participated as a first chairman in the establishment of 84’Til – Center for Urban Culture offering breaking courses, workshops in dance, graffiti and urban art. In 2020 he also participated as the first chairman in the establishment of the German Hip-Hop Culture Foundation. He has been a board member of the Regional Dance Association and he’s the co-founder of the film company Centre Films GmbH & Co. KG. In 2023 he worked on his first documentary, ‘Know Your Roots’ (HipHopCineFest 2024 Documentary Short winner).
YASSINE EL IDRISSI
Writer, producer and director he explored different professions before becoming a storyteller in the film industry. The power of images was always the common denominator in his work. El Idrissi worked several years as a successful photojournalist in national newspapers and international news agencies until he found that to satisfy his urge to tell the stories, he needed the power of cinema. He took two years to produce his first documentary “Waiting for the Snow”. El idrissi graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy in Amsterdam. In 2013 with a Master degree. “Honey and old cheese” Yassine’s latest short film was screened at Clermont Ferrand.
