ITALIAN HIP HOP MUSEUM

This ambitious project was born from the vision and lifelong dedication of Stritti, whose passion for collecting Hip Hop artifacts spans over four decades.

On July 1st, 2023, during the Foundation Jam, the museum officially inaugurated its first exhibition in Camerano, followed by a landmark second showcase in Bassano del Grappa during the 50th Anniversary of the Universal Zulu Nation.

The collection is a deep dive into the roots of the culture, featuring an extensive archive of original flyers, posters, books, vintage t-shirts, DVDs, cassettes, and rare mixtapes. The museum’s mission is to offer new generations a bridge to the past—a chance to witness the “black and white” truth of how Italian Hip Hop evolved. By giving well-deserved credit to the Pioneers and the often-overlooked figures of the scene, the exhibition preserves the authenticity of our history.

While the museum prepares for its permanent physical home in the Marche region, it continues to grow as a collective archive. Alongside Stritti’s personal collection, the museum proudly displays historical materials donated by crews and members of the community.
